Jeff Kline is the author of “Strategic IT Accessibility: Enabling the Organization.” He currently serves as Program Director, Statewide Electronic and Information Resources(EIR) at the Texas Department of Information Resources. Prior to his current position in public service, Mr. Kline managed IBM's Worldwide Accessibility Consulting and Business Transformation initiatives and other areas of product development during his 26 year IBM career including industrial design, software development, user interface design / development, and system usability.

Sarah E. Bourne is the Director of IT Accessibility for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where she works on accessibility policy, standards, and guidance for development and procurement for internal and public systems. These efforts started with creating accessibility guidelines in 1998 as the Commonwealth’s first webmaster. She is a co-founder and organizer of the annual Boston Accessibility Conference.

Jay Wyant is Minnesota's first Chief Information Accessibility Officer, or CIAO! His role is to work with Minnesota state agencies to develop policies, procedures, and best practices so their operations and services can be accessible.
